1. Presentations of the representatives of the ministries on the national research systems and experience in implementation of equal opportunities for men and women (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia).

2. Discussion and shearing of tasks on analysis of the best practise of other countries.

3. Discussion on structure and framework of the strategy.

4. Discussion on future plans and on preparation for the workshop in Tartu.

5. Other issues.
