਍㰀瀀 挀氀愀猀猀㴀∀䴀猀漀一漀爀洀愀氀∀㸀ഀഀ 15-16 of May 2009 the conference „Changing research landscapes to make the most of human potential“ 10 years of EU activities in «Women and Science», and BEYOND took place in Praque at the Smíchov National Palace. The conference, hosted by the Czech Presidency and the European Commission, was dedicated evaluate the outcomes of activities designed to support women in science since 1999. It was intended to encourage public and private research institutions to examine the role that an appropriately gendered management plays in the provision of equal opportunities, and the beneficial effect that this could have on science and technology. The conference was attended by Commissioner for Science and Research Janez Potočnik. BASNET project partner representatives as well as Human resource managers from partner universities have been invited to the conference by European Commission. The BASNET poster was exhibited during the conference. The conference offered the opportunity to highlight best practices, adopted in the EU and third country institutions, discuss and identify which measures could be promoted in the future. ਍ഀഀ
