The main goal of the workshop was to present results of sociological study on disincentives and barriers women scientists face in their career and work at science and higher education institutions in the Baltic States. The results was obtained and analysed by Estonian, Latvian and Lithuanian S&A teams with participation of women-exact scientists working groups of the respective countries. The results of Polish and Romania teams was based on available date and analysed using the identical frame. The results of provided discussions was formulated in the draft Resolution – Recommendations for strategy creation groups. The final recommendations will be approved additionally by all partners and presented in the final Report on the Sociological Study. more (article by H. Kaasik)
